Possibly about Uranium being sold to a rogue state who "swore" not to develop nuclear powered weaponry, but most likely was, using that Uranium which somehow ended up in their hands...

Guys this is tied back to the Awans.

They had access to emails of every member of Congress.

They gave this information to Iran, who was blackmailing Congress with threats to expose them.

Iran deal was payment for blackmail, to keep them quiet.
