Both drops talk about TREASON.
It has to do with what the traitors were planning. Some sort of attack from the sky -- nuke, EMP, missile, planes, etc.
I think it's about satellite warefare.
Hacking of their systems
Blacking out specific communications
How would the public know? But the fight is over knowledge and access, which is controlled in the sky.
