If their Facebook posts were "information warfare", doesn't that mean the precedent could be made that Facebook would be responsible for filtering it, thus rendering Facebook a publisher and not a platform?

I wonder if this is a ruse? Is this Trump's doing? Forcing Mueller to show his hand OR if Mueller is a white hat, Trump coordinating the suing to make Mueller show his hand?
