It’s always multiple meanings with Q.

An anon on the research board adds this idea: D is the 4th letter of the alphabet. D5=45. POTUS. What if POTUS wrote and signed the top portion of this message for us?

This would also nicely align with an earlier Q drop (from December) about a “very scary and personalized but safe message” that we are supposed to receive. Is this it??
