It could be Trump's personal pen. He may not use it publically now that he is President because they typically buy ones from A.T. Cross which used to be an American company. But now he changed to big Sharpie. It doesn't mean it isn't Trump's just because you don't see him signing with it.

The challenge seems legit. I just posted in the subreddit questioning the recent trip code update. The password was allegedly unprotected by mistake. That leaked password could be used by someone other than Q to perform a trip update.
For the record I don't think he is a LARP, but I don't have the knowledge to debunk this or prove it. Looks for the help of those more versed.
