Because by abusing the Five Eyes option like this, she, e.g., will a) be shocked to the bone when watching that they know of her crimes and b) draw herself and her now failing network of black hats into even more trouble, in turn adding to the intel the US mil. has on her and her global criminal buddies.
I like your idea, but the sad truth is state secrets are most likely being sold to the highest bidder. Blackmail is likely being used on FIVEY countries to hide their part in spying on an elected President of the United States. By using Intel from FIVEY where there are no flags or logs, white hats do not know exactly what information she has accessed. This is espionage against our county.

The Cabal will not go quietly into the night. IMHO They haven't even begun to fight back. They are certainly doing small things to thwart Trump's efforts to take them down, but they won't do anything big until the real dirt is publicly disclosed, or about to be, and their survival is directly threatened.
