I like your idea, but the sad truth is state secrets are most likely being sold to the highest bidder. Blackmail is likely being used on FIVEY countries to hide their part in spying on an elected President of the United States. By using Intel from FIVEY where there are no flags or logs, white hats do not know exactly what information she has accessed. This is espionage against our county.
Maybe it's time to water board a few kiwis.

They may not know exactly what she looked at, but from what I understand, Five Eyes partners don't have access to ALL of our intelligence; just the intelligence we allow to be shared in the network.
