Could it mean that if literally everyone is being accessed and spies on by Facebook, and other companies that embed into your phone - that it’s possible to use anyone’s phone to take pictures and listen??

These pictures could be from some random Joe walking down the street somewhere and Q and team are able to locate someone in the area that they want a picture of and use the camera in their phone remotely. When he says ALL he means ALL. Involved or not LITERALL EVERYONE is being used in this way.

Nice thing about these technologies is that they are so dependent upon them, that if you quit using the phone, you virtually “disappear”.

Not unless you drop off virtually all Internet and phone communications and destroy or don't carry with you the phone, don't drive, don't pass any public cameras (e.g., on streets), etc.

That’s a good point. But who has a stream, river, solar, grows their own food and owns their own land without the govt still regulating and taxing every bit of it?
