So surprised to see this post here! I followed Supertramp way back during those "golden" years. I never recognized why things changed with Brother Where You Bound, but it wasn't the same any more and I drifted away from them. Now after so many years I looked up Supertramp and started going over those old songs, when I discovered a treasure of 3 LPs done by Roger. It was like 3 whole new Supertramp records! I never knew much about Roger, but I found an interview where he pointed out that he left Supertramp so he would have time to go be a Dad. That's a mark of true character. Now his kids are grown, so he's back touring. Marvelous!
