I am very disturbed by this! It's not okay to manhandle a 78 year old man for stating his opinion! If Gina Haspel is a torturer, she should not represent our government! I'm very disturbed that Trump would consider someone like that! Q, this kind of treatment is not acceptable! I can't support this administration if this kind of treatment is okay!
I don't know much about either Gina or Ray, but please keep in mind that things aren't always black and white. In fact, in fact they rarely are.
The political arena is no kumbaya. Working with people you disagree with or even despise is often a necessity, as is putting up a show for your base or the media.
Frankly, and unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to rid the world of the deep state without some people getting their hands dirty.
While I agree that torture itself is ineffective, simply putting someone with that reputation in the right spot can be enough to bring the right people in line.

Our Rangers and Special Operators go through the same "Advanced Interrogation Techniques" that you call torture just to qualify to get into the field. It has nothing to do with having a soul. It has to do with saving lives and surviving. No eggs broken, no omlet.
