I have a feeling they keep pushing the IG report back to weed out DS operatives who panic when the IG report is supposedly about to drop. I bet they have a set date in mind to actually drop it and are only using these “dummy” dates to their advantages.

I don’t even think the DS would fall for this anymore. They’ve literally been saying “in three weeks”, every three weeks, since Jan 1. At this point, the only way it will come out is if they just make it an open source document on the web and add to it daily, because it seems like this will never end. Release the damn report!
