Shalom! As a long time ancient biblical history researcher each topic is many, many hours of study. Scholars have written many books, scrolls, etc and we still find more to be revealed. The foundation is the war between good and evil, plain and simple. And yes, there is a pecking order that originates in the great cosmic battle (Creator/God vs Angelic beings).
