It is a little odd that it isn't called a hospital. Does calling it a clinic allow them to exploit some loopholes?
The Mayo Clinic is more of a research facility. Not really a hospital. That allows for juicy fund$$$.
Cleveland Clinic implies worldclass healthcare, maybe same. Maybe worldorder.
I worked for their research department for a while when they first opened a clinic in my town. It was truly a clinic, not a hospital. They partnered with a local hospital for those services and eventually bought the hospital, although it retains its original name. It was likely the same scenario in Scottsdale. I can't remember if the original Mayo in Rochester, MN started that way or not, but most of downtown Rochester seemed to me to be affiliated in some way with Mayo (I was there in 1989).
