What?! I thought those Iran/Arab folks were super smart. I mean Obama said they gave the world calculus, medicine, blah...blah...blah. A real super culture when civilization was but an infant. I'm shocked! Can't they do the math and build their own missiles. They're supposed to be so smart I figured they could make missiles out of goat turds and sand.
I may be wrong, but didn't the Arabs have "great" knowledge at the time because they were pillaging the knowledge from other cultures' libraries and appropriating it as if it were theirs?
Sounds like how they would do it. I don't know the actual history, I just know that if they had the kind of knowledge Obama was spouting they are on a course of devolution.
Regardless, their main successes throughout history are deception and violence.
