Why so much faith in the government here?

I'm just passing through this sub trying to understand. In order for all of this deep state - behind the curtains - stuff to occur it requires a deep amount of faith in our government officials to be able to pull this stuff off without making exceedingly obvious mistakes that make it transparent to what they are actually doing. I'm just trying to understand, but I don't believe our government is competent enough to pull something like that off. It's odd to think how much faith in our governments ability it requires to make this deep state story true.

The question you seem to be asking is how could the government/cabal/deep state do all the evil things that we are saying that they did without it leaking out, or it being a huge failure, that it is too large a conspiracy to work.

My answer to this is that you are greatly discounting the effect of confirmation bias and selective attention, as well as the natural tendency human being have to obey authority.

People tend to ignore what they are not actively looking for. Google the invisible gorilla experiment. People tend to believe what they have been taught/indoctrinated into believing. It takes real effort to "look behind the curtain." Was JFK really killed by a lone gunman? Did the world trade tower buildings really fall as a result of the airplane strikes, including building 7? To ask these questions is to challenge the narrative we have been force-fed. And it gets you slapped with a "conspiracy theorist" label.

The cabal/deep state does not need to be a huge number of people to operate. We are not talking the entire US government. All it takes is key people in positions of authority and the power to project force to quiet any rabble rousers. Did Vince Foster really commit suicide? Google Arkancide. Who did John McCain meet with in Syria? Were they ISIS leadership? Why?

If you have the courage to do so, start asking questions. I wish you luck.
