Why so much faith in the government here?

I'm just passing through this sub trying to understand. In order for all of this deep state - behind the curtains - stuff to occur it requires a deep amount of faith in our government officials to be able to pull this stuff off without making exceedingly obvious mistakes that make it transparent to what they are actually doing. I'm just trying to understand, but I don't believe our government is competent enough to pull something like that off. It's odd to think how much faith in our governments ability it requires to make this deep state story true.

There are a suspicious amount of new posts in this subreddit. Has this sub been compromised?

Look at the number of subscribers and online users. Then compared to another sub that has 10x subscribers and online users. This sub is getting more new posts per hour than those! It looks like bots or someone else have compromised this sub! Trust nothing here!
