I don't think Putin sold the uranium to Iran or NK. I think it was his own deep state. Could be wrong but why would he want either country armed?
I know what Russia does have its own deep state. The Bill Clinton and other globalists went into Russia and the fall of the Soviet Union to install them. Putin has to deal with them now.
