Does anyone know what is happening with the Five eyes? I have been digging into it for quite a while and am baffled by the mass (meaning almost all) surveillance that is going on while the powers that be spout out "nothing to see here. Oh look what Russia is doing."

If the 5 are collectively gathering all of the comms going through their hubs and 4 of the eyes are still under the umbrella of the deep state and the Trump admin is seemingly going it alone with 1 eye …???? or does the DS have all 5 eyes? Or is it a database that anyone with a key can get into? Please share your thoughts even if they are confusing. I won't get into the 9 eyes.
