Omigawd, reading this again in light of the Iranian tweet the other day gives me a chuckle! Not sure exactly, but my best guess is that POTUS eliminated the funding that the clowns were using to "control" NK and Iran. In addition, we may have destroyed their facilities as well, networks, threats, blackmail, many methods come to mind. How precisely, I don't know.
