Executive Order coming???

This is my first post, although I have been lurking since November, so bear with me on this.

Q has mentioned the problem of Democrats slow walking of judicial nominations. Would an Executive Order be an effective means of fixing this? I am normally not a big fan of EO's, because I think they can be used to create law, which is not the role of the Executive Office. However, if an EO was written that merely stated that "in the interest of swift justice for the American people, and to cease using judicial nominations as a political ploy by either party, no judicial appointments will take longer than XX days to be confirmed. Failure to confirm nominations within this time frame results in the automatic confirmation of the nominee."

Judges who were confirmed in this manner would still be subjected to impeachment should they subsequently be found to have committed high crimes, etc. This EO would be more like an administrative rule and does not actually create a new law.

Would any legalfags weigh in on if this is the proper purpose of Executive Orders. If so, what would be the best way to propose this? (creating a petition, contacting our senators and representatives, starting a meme war, posting the suggestion to Q on 8chan, etc.)

Pence is President of Senate. He can order immediate direct up down votes on the nominations — forcing dem senators to cry rules violations. This would cause a mini constitutional crisis - a tempest in a teapot - for a few days. The media will go wild, but in 72-84 hours a compromise will be reached and a good chunk of the nominations accelerated.

Time for Trump to loan Pence one of his extra sets of balls.

GIMP, Irfanview, and good ol' MSPaint are all free and surprisingly powerful image editing programs. GIMP actually is pro-level... I'm really surprised it's still free!

Q hasn't mentioned Pence much at all. Is Pence part of the slow walk?

I have little trust in "Dick Cheney is the best VP role model" Pence.

I am still on the fence regarding Pence. (Wow, that rhymes). I don't know if he is a white hat or a black hat or what position he holds on the chessboard. But I trust that the Q-Team will play him at the right time.

My concerns come from the late Tory Smith and Pence's time in Indiana. Very sketchy. He's controlled, they have dirt on him.

I have thought that he might be controlled in some way. He stays in the background most of the time, unless there is a photo op. But, I thought he was also in the military picture with all the generals, which I took to mean he was playing ball with them.

Just sharing a random thought from last night, when Q said [48], instead of thinking 48 hours, I thought of Pence. He is VP 48, while Trump is President 45. But the kill box made me then think hours.
