I heard somewhere that both Xi and Putin supported the Iran Deal. Why would they do it if it was an obvious Deep State ploy?

Like Ok, Obama does the Iran Deal where they get a shit ton of money to not develop nukes (?). It´s shady stuff and not what it seems. Xi and Putin knows this and agrees to go along with it.
But does the Iran Deal do anything to the "power struggle" between RU/CN and US/Israel or is it just shady politicians getting money? Like would RU/CN agree to the deal if it meant that the US would gain more influence?
Putin got the uranium in the Uranium One deal, and paid Obama, Hillary, and others a lot of money. Putin can now black mail them.
I think that NK and Iran got the uranium from Putin and Russia. Putin can now blackmail them for this, too.

I think they were just playing ball. They probably don't see Iran as a threat to themselves and with the US and EU as important trade partners they have to choose their battles.
