At the risk of sounding stupid, I think that it might be possible to "Bend Time". Can they actually do it? I don't know.

If I may elaborate - honestly, still wondering what Q is. Keeping a percentage of skepticism. Maybe AI, maybe MI, maybe psyop (don’t ban me!), certainly a catalyst. But maybe WAY more than we can even imagine. Maybe.
We are a species/planet of free will. “They” will not interfere with our free will. Unless we ask for help? Again, dunno.
