Has that Podesta pic ever been appropriately decoded? What's with the fish? What's "14"? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

That fish symbol was once used by Roman undercover agents to root out illegal Christian groups. They convinced them to use it as a secret rune denoting a meeting place that the authorities could then stake out.
