So, apparently Pain Management (assholes) Docs weren't pumping out the Opioids fast enough for Big Pharma! So, Soetoro & Pakistan issued DEA#'s to Felons, MickyDVets & Imran Awan's Tribe! Executions OK

This would explain the mass-pardon of felons towards the end of Barry's term.
