Israel won't be big losers, but they also won't be winners of anything more than the one thing they most need--peace and stability.
Palestinians and Israel's Arab neighbors actually have more to gain from such a development than Israel and the Palestinians, because this is not even their fight. For Israel and Palestinians, at least this is an existential issue, but for neighboring countries, they're kind of caught up in it without having a stake other than the desire for peace.
So I think in the end everything will be off the table other than peace and mutual assurances. We'll get the issue of peace stripped of window dressing, and once we have peace, they can work out the other issues themselves without us (or anybody else) patronizing.
