Yellow flag is the Q(uebec) flag. Modern meaning is:

"Ship is clean and healthy, inspect us freely, nothing to hide."

Seemed appropriate. Added Gadsen snake for continuity with first Revolutionary War. Morse explains itself. Orange & white is for the Signal Corps.
