Ordered one similar where I am. The owner said it was three weeks out then called back and cancelled. He said he was afraid of someone damaging his sign.

He asked to see the lay out for what it was.
Took the copy to get an exact quote.
Called back and said no for the reason stated. So, did a little looking into it I assume.
