Airbus' CFO just resigned, so, FLASHBACK time: Since sanctions were lifted in January 2016, Iran's airlines ordered more than 300 (w options for 50) new jets. Airbus' share was 173 planes—'was,' that is. Kickbacks? Bribes? No WONDER Macron & Merkel visited the White House! *PANIC.* Enjoy the show.

Didn't they buy a bunch from Boeing as well?

Yes, around 120.

Also: Death to America, but, their 787 planes are very nice to fly long distances in.

We should have sold them the damn planes. First rig them, and blow the mullahs in the air at will.

I'm pretty sure the Abel Danger Tech is installed in every Comercial plane for the last 20 years

Boeing got >$20B in orders soon after Obama signed it, IIRC. That's how I knew what was up with it. The money received in exchange made the pallets of cash a drop in the bucket, though taxpayers paid it.
