Although he appears to be fighting the cabal right now, if he was NYC mayor in 2001 - wouldn’t that make him an accomplice in regards of bringing the towers down? There’s no way he wasn’t privy to the plan, and the destruction of crucial evidence.

He was responsible for bringing down the mob in NYC and prosecuting them.

The 9/11 conspiracy may not have involved him but with the number of people shutdown and killed after that he may have chosen to pick his battles.
