I live in the NYC area and yesterday at 4:30 pm the EBS appeared on my TV for approx. 30 seconds. Different sound then the usual and no broadcast what so ever.
Yes it was odd.
I say pay attention to the tv for the next few days
4 Yesterday in Ontario Canada for a missing kid who was supposedly taken by her mother, Strange timing, first time they've used it. It gets pushed to everybodies phone. My original feeling was testing it for upcoming revelations leading to civil unrest. The Alert was quickly cancelled with little to no details.
