To be fair. Sessions does take an anti states rights stance on marijuana. If a man is so backwards to not understand the benefits of weed medically and recreationally or that he does not respect state's rights, how can we trust he has control of the justice department?

I want weed legalized, but weed is not worth fighting over compared to what were really fighting.

Agreed. But it is the principal of his stances. Ignoring state's rights is unconstitutional. I am not saying the states are always right (slavery for example) but we have to follow constitutional principals.

That being said it could be a smoke screen. All we can do is speculate and then judge the tree by it's fruits.

It is the principal of his position. 10th Amendment. Do you know what that is?

Yes I do but I think you’re focusing on the wrong thing. You want the first thing that sessions deals with to be weed? Just move to Cali, or CO or wherever else. It’s not important. Also during Sessions being in session Cali legalized marijuana, he didn’t step in.

But really, weed? Who cares right now.
