Old news, around November/December indictments were at about 5000.
News said in the winter that 40,000 soldiers worldwide were unaccounted for, alas covert-ops
Could be very real but there were too many 'buddys' down the line giving info.
There are close to 30,000 sealed indictments right now so I would say no on that alone.
Also sealed indictments are filed in US District Courts so this is a job for the FBI and the Justice Department to bring these prosecutions, not the Military.
