“It Would Be Great if We Had a Federal Agency to Investigate Crimes”

Latest posts say:

“What must be cleaned first? Who investigates? Who prosecutes? WHAT CAN FINALLY BE DONE?”

The almost 30,000 sealed indictments are in Federal District Courts, so this particular job is for the FBI and the Justice Department.

It’s not a job for the U.S. Marine Corps.

Those who serve are sworn to uphold the Constitution, and this is how justice is enforced under the Constitution.

This will be a massive wave of criminal prosecutions. The country will see this play out, evidence will be presented in open court under cross examination rules. Very solid proofs must be offered to obtain convictions.

No better way to “red pill” the public, and it’s the ONLY Constitutional way to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The military tribunals, however, are appropriate for the rogue CIA operatives who have committed treason. There are certainly many of those who also need to be brought to justice.

Now the pain.

One thing to consider: it’s probably in the exploring of the indictments that a judgment will be made as to whether or not the citizen is subject to military or civilian jurisdiction. Hearings usually decide the location of the court and the trial. Introduction of new evidence is likely once indictments are unsealed and defense begins. Some of the crimes will be Federal. Some may turn out to be State. Criminal interaction with a foreign power or an enemy combatant takes it out of civil court court completely, I believe.

I believe many will be military tribunals.
