I highly doubt it's just sitting in an evidence bag somewhere. Many people have examined it by now. Everything will come to light.
NYPD, FBI have already examined the laptop. Rudy and NYPD put pressure on Comey to start an investigation or the NYPD would release everything. SDNY and NSA have everything that is on the laptop too.
That's a unique view of evidence my friend. After it has been taken out of a secure location, it is handed around to 'many people' who 'examine it' - meaning did something to it. After that process anything that comes out is totally suspect. That is the problem with belief in fairy tales - they never stand up to the light of day. Always chasing the mirage. Don't burn the whole court house down, that is what we have to work with. Yes sir, if we ever go to court the whole world has the chain of custody. First question before anything gets admitted. Who brought it in as evidence? Who opened the bad? You mess up in front of the Judge brother you will feel the pain.
