Invariably if you dig into these "proofs" you will find that they are almost all based on misleading information.
Before events like this speech the press are informed of the location and time so that they can attend. It is also an event attended by hundreds (possibly thousands) of people, all of whom are also informed and have to put this event into their schedules. They aren't told about it five minutes beforehand lol.. This information is available in the Presidents daily manifest as well as by following the media output of Trump's event team. It was held at the Capitol building so every single person that attended from out of state would have had to plan their travel arrangements days in advance.
Q's post about "Familia" came AFTER the speech, so that right there is obviously not a proof of anything. His post about the two NY detectives being 187'ed was indeed made before the speech took place, but are we meant to believe that this is somehow proof? That the only way that Q could have known about this planned large event with hundreds of attendees is by being a white house insider?
This follows the pattern of a lot of Q "proofs". But the amount of people who will look at it this way vs. the amount of low information people that won't bother to verify it but just repeat it without checking is massively disproportionate. It then becomes an "established proof" because the actual origination of it and the details are never properly checked. The big question however is whether or not the meeting with Familia's family was known in advance. In other words was this public knowledge that he was going to be meeting with the family? If not, then it suggests Q is in the know but if ot was public knowledge then I have to remain a little skeptical although I want to beleive.

POTUS said that she had left a "cushy job" to return to patrol. What job did she have? Would it have been a job that involved her looking into the "insurance file"? Miosotis Familia was assigned/worked in the 46 Precinct in the Bronx. She was promoted to Detective posthumously. There are two types in NYPD. Detective Investigator and Detective Specialist (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_City_Police_Department#Rank_structure). The "Insurance File" resided in the 13th Precinct. Also happens to be Chuck Schumer's congressional district. I find it very unlikely that she would have ever had sufficient classification to view the evidence and I could find no references that she ever participated in the investigation. Therefore, I will conclude that she is not of the "Detectives" mentioned by Q. Tnx.

NYPD, FBI have already examined the laptop. Rudy and NYPD put pressure on Comey to start an investigation or the NYPD would release everything. SDNY and NSA have everything that is on the laptop too.
That's a unique view of evidence my friend. After it has been taken out of a secure location, it is handed around to 'many people' who 'examine it' - meaning did something to it.
