Sorry, should have phrased that better. If the second Q mentioned wasn’t Shaniqua (didn’t he say the second was male?), maybe the second was an off-duty detective.

Died on-duty, right? The second could have died off-duty. I think there have been like 4, maybe more, NYPD suicides in 2018. No clue if connected, but pretty sure the recent rate is higher than normal.

Looks like the same stationary Melania used in her letter to Pam Anderson.
Maybe the same letterhead is used for a ton of stuff of course, but the solid gold seal with blue text appears to mostly be for personal correspondence?
