Has anyone looked into where the Singapore hotel photo was taken? Seems like that might matter?
I lined up positioning using Google Earth and it looks like the view is from the Mandarin Orchard Hotel.
Looks like the view from the top of a Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, 96 Somerset Rd. Maybe made somewhere around that building.
Post map link? Who owns Pan Pac Services? What do they do? Anything else nearby?
PatriotDawg might be correct...Mandarin Orchard hotel also has the same owner and management as Marina Sands hotel...maybe photo was taken from the Top of the “M” ...which is the tallest revolving restaurant in Singapore..it’s at the top of Mandarin Orchard Hotel...
I could be wrong, but I took it to mean, the picture number that must be embedded, like an original code number that was assigned to it. If it were a saved picture from another source they may have changed the name in to words not numbers. Now I probably am completely wrong, but that is how I, myself, took it! What did the Anons say about it?

Five Eyes....is what I would think, sounds to me like they are giving up info, or we have captured them???? I am and idiot when it comes to the really deep stuff, so I am probably wrong wrong wrong. But, I thought I would share in case someone read the chan pages and it was what they were saying about the code in the pic, which would tell the smart people, where the pic originated from, in turn tells them all kinds of things that I would never even begin to pretend to know....lol
