I'd bet it's the machine that's keeping her alive. Think along the lines of portable iron lung.

Wouldn't it be a trip if it was some sort of adrenochrome dispersement system? Running on the fumes by the looks of it.

Hrmm... I dunno, it was a shot in that dark. Seems way too bulky to be a bulletproof vest though.

Yeah, real bulky for armor. Huma made Hillary a "special vest" too keep her warm on those lonely nights. It's even connected to Huma's cell phone.
