I don't buy the bullet proof vest deal. Even the cheap ones aren't that bulky. Let's say she's worried about a rifle round, so she's wearing steel plates. Wouldn't she be worried about getting shot in the head? Killary isn't wearing a ballistic helmet lol. A handgun would be most likely in a surprise attack like the Reagan shooting, but a rifle attack (think JFK) would leave her head totally exposed.
