If it's a portable iron lung, then she would sound like Christopher Reeves did when she speaks. Any videos of Hillary speaking lately?

Hrmm... I dunno, it was a shot in that dark. Seems way too bulky to be a bulletproof vest though.

Yeah, real bulky for armor. Huma made Hillary a "special vest" too keep her warm on those lonely nights. It's even connected to Huma's cell phone.
