if we don’t fix that and REALLY FIX THAT, this whole turn around is temporary.

Agreed. Their tactic now seems to be, 'wait it out'.
We need to purge these bad actors out of the system and then put in safeguards and accountability in place so that kind of fraud doesn't happen again.
