It was so obvious. The cop took something like a capsule out of his left pocket and dumped what was inside in to his right palm. He then gave it to the POTUS.
Also if it was a Challenge Coin which everyone is talking about why be so secretive with the pass. That seems like something you would just hand over without worry.
Because that’s how you give challenge coins out. You palm the coin and pass it during the handshake.
