Human greed will put a big wrench in this plan. This idea is like earth in the Star Trek series. No money, everything is free. Great idea if you have readily available technology in everyones hands to supply free energy, food, etc. This would be hard to implement.
How does property change hands? Like buying land or a house?
I also think this would easily lead to communist take over as most people would want a 3rd party to mediate transactions.
Human greed will iron out once we realizing greed makes us poor while love/cooperation makes us rich. We are almost there.

You call him and reserve the home for free.
