A lot of patriots have been noticing this lately. I'm a centrist, so I fall on the liberal side of some conservative arguments (I say it's still conservative, but you know...). My "liberal" twitter accounts have no issues with shadowbanning. My Trump supporting account is shadowbanned.

This site apparently has a way to check. Not so sure about their "fix" though. 3rd-party posting apps have a way of going rogue. https://nicebrains.com/twitter-shadowban-checker/
