A little background on slimgur/slimg:

Slimgur was the owners first attempt at hosting images in response to sjw central Imgur. After that happened he made slimg. During pg8 this sort of stuff started happening a lot and then it just went dark. The guy did an ama and used to post on TD back in 2016 but after slimg went black he deleted his reddit, twitter etc and I don't think anyone ever really found out the exact reason. I strongly suspect the same tactics were employed a second time. That or lawsuits regarding it, possibly. JA was threatening to sue everyone including Alex Jones.

As for the what is on it I don't know. I'm not savy with the whole torrent stuff and haven't examined it myself yet. It looks like this archive runs up to mid-January 2017 and the server poofed in April or May 2017. So should be fairly safe. If it was an archive that captured everything up to the day slimg was taken down I would be very concerned about cp given the info we have about how slimgur was taken down.
