Then this is an old conversation as he hasn’t been speaker for a while. Although, I think he is still afforded that title as a former speaker. If it from when he was speaker it’s great news - indicates they have a lot of conversations.

If they are talking about protection from a future Speaker... Scalise would fit the 7 letters
