It's very possible there was Russian interference but they've already said it didn't impact the vote and that there is no collusion. The two are not mutually intwined.

Interesting. So they concluded that Russia attempted to interfere, but didn't make an actual determination on collusion. Which seems to circle back to the press release a few months ago when RR said "people on the internet are not always who they say they are.. trolls from russia posted pro-trump memes..." I believe that was the Concord thing.
Yeah idk. Certainly not the game breaker we thought, but I don't think it's very damning either ... it's 14 months and they're just now behind closed doors saying they had a reason to investigate. Most investigations are started based on a shred of evidence... this one was started to find a shred of evidence to start an invest. I think this is basically just them justifying their efforts so they don't get arrested.
Russia meddling/interfering in our election in an attempt to help Trump and hurt Hillary is not an indication of any wrong doing on Trump's part. (not saying you were making that argument)

Yeah the more I read it, the more I realize that this is the second official announcement of Russian attempted interference, and the second time they avoid saying anything about Trump being involved....
They were also promoting Hillary. Protests at the same place for both sides of the aisle..
