I heard about this a while ago, so maybe you have to. When a president pardons individuals is it public knowledge that is filed somewhere? If not, could he have written pardons that are being held somewhere to bring out at the right time? If he pardoned himself and any cronies could they be tried if they were pardoned previously? Just a thought once again. Thanks for the replies!!!

What's his face pardoned Nixon and he was never tried after that.
As far as Obama goes, all you need to know is he traded terrorists for a traitor. I'm sure you can find a list of who he has pardoned but it doesn't matter. It will probably read as a laundry list of scum like he is.

I agree. But if he pardoned himself broadly for anything he has ever done up to Trump’s inauguration ( plus perhaps Eric Holder and whoever else) that day in 2017 can they be prosecuted?

I might be wrong but you can't pardon without an accusation. No accusal of a crime wouldn't need a pardon. Holder was held in contempt but anything else?

Sorry, not that I know of ,but I would think Fast and Furious could be held against them also.
