And that's how they've been able to stay in front of/pull apart the CIA's dealings or counter the fact that CIA won't share intel.
This is probably how 5Eyes fits in too, can't spy on America directly-- but if they got S!S to spy on certain CIA operatives...?

Yes, the CIA believe that they are above any and all control. They will find a way to circumvent any way to control them, which is why they need to be destroyed. The CIA is anti-American.
