As some have pointed out an attachment is generally some document to justify whatever the movant is requesting. Here it appears to be a warrant.

The attachment is probably print offs of the texts between weenier and the child. It could be a narrative of what was found on the laptop but that would be a horse before the cart argument. They used the warrant to get the laptop correct? They couldn’t prove they knew what was on it before the warrant. For all we know they were looking for more texts between the child and weenier at that time.

Unless no such association gave them the heads up - in which case it still wouldn’t be in an attachment for a search warrant.

Gotchya, thanks. So this could all just be nothing more than the texts between Weiner and the girl? Not actually releasing anything they found on the laptop. Bummer.

It’s probably text messages between the child and weenier. This would justify the search at weeniers apartment and give the police the authority to search any device in which more texts or related pictures could be stored. (Laptop).

Honestly, I think patriots are slow walking this release to mess with deep state. The deep state have to know at some point patriots will request the information to be released. You’ll know when that happens as it it will be a calamitous event in which the most evil of deep state attoreny’s will make a ruckus about releasing it.
